Digital Delivery

ShiftWise Nurse products are digital products only. No physical item is shipped.

How delivery works

After successful payment, your digital files are delivered electronically through Shopify Digital Products. A download link is sent to the email address used at checkout and may also be available on the order confirmation or order status page.

Access and download records

For order support, the delivery system may retain order-linked records such as delivery status, download or link-open history, date and time, IP address, referrer, browser or device information, and the customer email associated with the order.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot access your files, contact support@shiftwisenurse.online with your order number and checkout email. We can verify the order and resend or reactivate access where appropriate.

Digital-only confirmation

Before checkout, customers are asked to confirm that the purchase is a digital download, that no physical item will be shipped, and that they request immediate electronic delivery after payment.
