Is this a physical product?
No. The Premium ICU Nurse Toolkit is a digital download only. No physical item is shipped.
How do I receive my files?
After successful payment, Shopify Digital Products sends your download access electronically to the email used at checkout. Access may also appear on your order confirmation or order status page.
What should I do if I cannot find the download email?
Check spam and promotions folders, then contact support@shiftwisenurse.online with your order number and checkout email. We can verify delivery and resend access where appropriate.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files can be delivered immediately, refund eligibility depends on whether access has been delivered or used, the reason for the request, and applicable law. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing. Duplicate charges, technical delivery problems, and rights required by applicable law are handled accordingly.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. Unless a product page says otherwise, purchases are licensed for the buyer's personal use only. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or uploading the files to shared repositories is not permitted.
Is this medical advice?
No. The toolkit is an educational and organizational resource and does not replace clinical training, official facility policies, licensed-provider instructions, or professional judgment.
